Razom for Ukraine has an excellent list of ways you can help Ukraine and its people, including ways to donate, volunteer, and contact representatives for government support.

The Ukrainian Institute, London has also compiled a great list.

Take care of yourself

Contact your Resident Dean for support, including for help dealing with stress, anxiety, and sadness caused by the war.

Counseling and Mental Health Services 

  • 24/7 line for students: Call (617) 495-2042 and select the CAMHS Cares option to speak with a counselor. 
  • Make an Urgent Care appointment: (617) 495-2042.
  • Take a break, with dogs:  PAWS, the therapy dog program, is back at CAMHS. Currently, they are only offering the drop-in groups. Limited to ten students per group. See CAMHS calendar for upcoming events.
  • Check the CAMHS website and calendar for workshops and group sessions.
