Vladyslav Nekhoroshykh is an analyst specializing in international publishing outreach, Ukrainian studies, and global cultural initiatives. He holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston and has collaborated with HURI Publications on grant development and international publishing projects.
