Book Talk: 'To Run the World'- Soviet Foreign Policy after 1945

Sergey Radchenko's book provides a lengthy analysis of the evolution of Soviet foreign policy after 1945, showing how Soviet leaders verged between fierce global competition with the United States and efforts to cooperate with the U.S. government in "running the world."

This event is organized by The Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University and co-sponsored by the Ukrainian Research Institute at Harvard University.
