After victory, what will rebuilding Ukraine look like? Panels will focus on truth, justice, and accountability, as well as the economic and physical challenges of reconstruction. The conference will combine virtual and in-person panels for a hybrid discussion about how Ukraine can move forward when the war is over. Rather than presenting papers, panelists will respond to a set of questions provided in advance by the moderator. Each panelist will discuss the same questions based on his or her expertise, followed by an open discussion with participants. Panels feature a combination of scholars and policy practitioners, creating a space for dialogue that extends beyond academia. Oleksandra Matviichuk will give the keynote address on Thursday, February 9. A series of four panels exploring the complicated task of rebuilding Ukraine and the global order will be spread over the two-day conference. On Thursday, the first two panels will be hosted on Zoom and live-streamed in a conference room for those who wish to attend in person. The panels will address the big-picture questions of how this war, the international community's response, and the aftermath will shape the new world order, as well as how truth and justice may be sought in the wake of unimaginable atrocities, illegal annexations, and unprovoked conflict. The keynote address will take place at 5pm in person and will be streamed live via Zoom webinar and YouTube for our virtual audience. On Friday, two-in person panels will take a more detailed look at war crimes and humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, as well as the unique challenges of physically reconstructing Ukraine's destroyed cities and rebuilding its economy. These in-person panels will be streamed live via Zoom webinar for our virtual audience. The conference will wrap up with an in-person reception offering conversation and some refreshments. We invite and encourage scholars, journalists, policy officials, and the general public to attend as members of the audience. **Registration is required to attend the conference, for both in-person and online attendees**.
