##  Take care of yourself

 Contact your **Resident Dean** for support, including for help dealing with stress, anxiety, and sadness caused by the war.

- 24/7 line for students: Call (617) 495-2042 and select the *CAMHS Cares* option to speak with a counselor.
- Make an Urgent Care appointment: (617) 495-2042.
- Take a break, with dogs: PAWS, the therapy dog program, is back at CAMHS. Currently, they are only offering the drop-in groups. Limited to ten students per group. See [CAMHS calendar](https://calendar.college.harvard.edu/camhs) for upcoming events.
