Lasting peace and stability in Ukraine will require a multi-pronged approach and support from international partners. This conversation will be held under the Chatham House Rule and will not be recorded or streamed.</p><h2>	About the Speaker</h2><p style="margin-bottom:8.0pt">	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="b513f59b-a636-4fe1-93b1-f387d7e1c40d" data-align="left" alt="Yevhen Hlibovytsky" data-view-mode="hwp_small"></drupal-media><span>Yevhen Hlibovytsky is a Ukrainian public intellectual who has been active in the debate on the long-term prospects for Ukraine and its impact on the rest of the world. He is a member of the Nestor Group, an interdisciplinary group of thinkers, analysts, and academics discussing Ukraine’s strategic challenges.</span></p><p>	Yevhen Hlibovytsky has extensive experience in Ukraine’s reforms sector. He is on board in multiple projects with civil society, local self-governance, and central government. In the last 20 years, he has also worked for OSCE and other international organizations in countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Central Europe, building a comparative understanding of transformation trajectories in post-communist countries. He is frequently engaged by the Atlantic Council, Chatham House and other think tanks for discussions on Ukraine and the transformation of the post-Soviet countries.
