### A private, off-the-record conversation with Yevhen Hlibovytsky, Ukrainian public intellectual and founding partner of the Frontier Institute

This will be a discussion-based event, so come with questions about current developments in Ukraine. The conversation will be hosted by [Emily Channell-Justice](https://www.huri.harvard.edu/people/emily-channell-justice), director of the Temerty Contemporary Ukraine Program at HURI, and held under the Chatham House Rule.

## About the Speaker

Yevhen Hlibovytsky is a Ukrainian public intellectual who has been active in the debate on Ukraine's long-term development and its impact on the rest of the world. He is a founding partner of the think tank Frontier Institute and a member of the Nestor Group, an "informal alliance of intellectuals and civic activists, established with the aim of developing a strategic vision for Ukraine" \[[Source](https://usa.mfa.gov.ua/en/news/51316-v-posolystvi-ukrajini-v-ssha-vidbulasy-diskusija-za-uchastyu-predstavnikiv-nestorivsykoji-grupi)\]. Hlibovytsky has extensive experience in Ukraine’s reform sector and is engaged with projects involving civil society, local self-governance, and central government. In the last 20 years, he has also worked for OSCE and other international organizations in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Central Europe, building a comparative understanding of transformation trajectories in post-communist countries. Hlibovytsky is a supervisory board member of Suspilne, the Ukrainian Public Broadcasting Service, and an advisory board member of Razom for Ukraine, a US-based advocacy group.
