Individual subscription rates per volume (two double issues) are $30.00 U.S. in the United States and Canada, $35.00 in other countries. The price of one double issue is $18.00 and $20.00, respectively. Beginning with volume 28, the rates will remain the same for individuals, but will increase to $100.00 per volume (two double issues) for all institutions.
