Graduate students, currently enrolled at Harvard and who are researching topics relating to Ukraine, are invited to apply to the HURI Graduate Research Fellowship Program for support during the academic year 2009-10. These fellowships will cover tuition plus fees up to $2,000 and will provide a $5,000/semester stipend for students.
In most cases, fellowships will be awarded for one semester, but in exceptional cases, a full academic year fellowship may be awarded. Graduate students in all FAS departments are invited to apply, but priority will be given to those students who have completed general exams and are either developing or writing their dissertations.
Applicants must complete a Graduate Student Fellowship application form, and write a letter outlining their research and/or writing plans.
