Since July 2005, David J. Kramer has been a Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, where he is responsible for Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Belarus affairs, as well as regional nonproliferation issues.
(The Barker Center is located at 12 Quincy Street, across the street from Lamont Library. No reserved parking available, but the building is just a short walk from the Harvard Square Red Line T-stop.)
